Vodcom Online upgrade Nightmare

On Thursday morning 30 January i was browsing Vodacoms web site to look at the upgrade possibilities when I saw that they provide a next day delivery service if you upgrade before 12pm. On Friday around 2pm I decided to phone the call center to check on the delivery as no one has contacted me yet to arrange delivery. The call center agent promised that delivery will happen on Friday 31 January. Needless to say but I only received the phone on Monday. I then phoned the call center and was told that they are unable to help me as I will need to go to a Vodashop to have it activated. I went to vodashop and they activated the SIM and told me the new contract will be active when the new sim activates. The next morning I phoned the call center again and said that the old contract is still active on the new sim. I then decided to go to Vodaworld customer care to get this sorted out. After sitting with them for 2 hours they were unable to assist me and just loaded a 500mb data bundle to by existing contract at my expence

I am not will to pay for the mistakes that Vodacom has made. You promise a next day delivery and did not deliver and now you expect me to pay for something I am not using
