STILL NO repair on my line or feedback from Telkom

Almost two months ago I sent a report via HelloPeter (who incidentally never followed up on Telkom's initial response as promised!!!):
You sent me: "You will be sent a Customer Feedback email 54-hours (excl. weekends) after your report appeared on the site, asking you to evaluate how well Telkom responded"

BUT It has now been almost two months, HelloPeter has not contacted me, nor has Telkom, and nothing has improved with my intermittent ADSL business line, despite the trite reply from Telkom (in September saying that someone would contact me which NOBODY ever did) which was meaningless in its lack of sincerity.

The line works intermittently and continues to drop up to ten times a day. There are Telkom technicians working on the exchange occasionally so one presumes something is being done to sort out the problem but if anything the service is worse than ever. i have reported the fault to Telkom and all i get is a fault reference (now 763CRK071113) and i have been reporting this line (011327300) for well over a year now!

I AM DESPERATE!!!
