Repair of tower problem

The 3G services went down on Monday 25/11/2013 at 4pm, i reported the problem at 5pm. Sins then nobody can tell me when the problem will be fixed, they can only tell me that it is allocated to a contractor. The problem is with the tower closest to my house My business are losing money because of the problem, can you please tell me when will this be fixed. REF no: 00 00 3852107
