Faulty fixed line ans ADSL not attended to

Since last weekend, we've had no Telkom lines, nor constant ADSL access. We run a business from our residence, and this lack of delivery by Telkom is incredibly frustrating. Calls to the call centre fault reporting have thus far yielded absolutely no response. How long does it take to get a fault fixed? How long should we be reasonably expected to wait? It's been 96 hours now - unexceptable to be without telecommunication and internet and trying to run a business!
