Incorrect Billing not resolved more than a month

In September i upgraded my data package from use your own to a Laptop 2gb package, i was advised that my monthly billing would amount to -R400 per month, no other charges. in October when my bill arrived a extra charge amounting R2511.58 VAT reflected on statement as PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS eexpense entry. the next day i queried with MTN Columbine Square branch would handled the upgrade for me and after a few days david the consultant who took my query came back to me and said it is definately an error and has done a branch escalation which would take -21 days sla. i urged him at that point to add a note on system for credit control not to suspend my line as i did not pay this incoorect portion of my bill. he confirmed he did do so and october no suspension of my lines occured. after 21 days he came back to me this week monday and advised that 21 days has passed and now he escalated to the regional manager as my query was still not resolved. today all 4 of my lines got suspended, i called him to esclate and he advised me that he would escalate to the regional manager again. this is very poor service since the error is not mine, please resolve urgently or i will take up furth
