They cannot activate my new phone

I collected my new Neotel phone on Friday 11th this month. It is now Tuesday 15th and I still cannot use the phone and no one seems to know why and no one seems to able to get this working. This is a phone for a new business and I'm losing money all the way. Apologies are fine if you then resolve the issue, but you cannot just keep apologising but not fix the issue. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm so sorry I went this route. Please get this phone sorted out. How do I run a business like this?
