Once again throttled for no reason!!!

Again I am being victimized by your "unfair"! usage policy. The only thing that's unfair is mweb using us a guinea pigs to get there system working correctly. While you guys sit back and test your throttling system we the paying client must still pay normal rate for a system that's not working 100% as it should.

This is the 3rd time you guys throttle me while I am way under what my line is capable of.

Thank you very much for my canceling present. Cant wait till the end of the month to join afrihost
