Upgrade fiasko

I specifically upgrade on the 10th October to avoid any problems with my upgrade. I upgraded from Blackberry to Samsung S4. My package included 1.5 gig data. On receipt of my invoice for October my bill was 1.5 times more than the average for the past 2 years. I contacted MTN only to hear the debit order will run on the high amount and they will sent the query through that will take 21 working days to resolve. After numerous calls I have no feedback and can't an explanation from the billing department.
