Extremely bad, bad service and irrate customer!

Phoned on 12/4 to find out why acc so high, result was a data dispute. Was only told to lodge a dispute with data dept when I called back 25/4 this was done. Spoke to the following people Tinyiko Mabasa 25/4 acc's very helpful and sorted out. Cassim Salie 25/4 Data dept lodged dispute. Pauline 10/5 re sms received and not suspend lines. Koketso Gololo 15/5 re sms and not to suspend lines. Mahlodi Mohale 21/5 re sms and not to suspend lines. Caleb David 21/5 data dept again to try and sort out. Siphiwe Ngwenya 21/5 who said a credit has been passed from data for R3288.81 (this is excluding VAT, so Vat also better be credited). Last evening they suspended my lines, and I spoke to Curtis in data AGAIN today 29/5, who said he needed to check with his back office as nothing other than my "QUERY" was logged on the system. He has come back to me saying that they will reconnect my lines in 24 hours. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable!!! It is DISGUSTING, AND APPALLING and I cannot BELIEVE that I have to, ONCE AGAIN, get my problem resolved on Hellopeter!!! Get this sorted out and get my lines back on with NO RECONNECTION fees immediately!!!
