Why bill me when I havnt used your network

I have a contract S4 on number 0832652022

was billed last month however my service was suspended, all month I did not use the service as i thought i had blocked my service via a setting on my Phone but this was not the case, next thing i am getting billed the same amount I paid last month of R1000, how is this possible if i haven't used the service this entire month.

I am disgusted by this, MTN should follow up on this!!!

You just cant debit me for nonsense!!!
