Over 3weeks PHONE HASN'T BEEN COLLECTED!!

I'm utterly disgusted by the service I got from Cell C, I was due for an upgrade, but had to be the one calling in and requesting for this service because clearly They are effective on getting you to sign the dotted line and offer exceptional service when they Debit your account, other than that, they have no respect for their clients. I received my new phone after 4 days and called them 2 days after receiving it, I explained that I got retrenched but luckily I had not opened the phone as yet so they will need to arrange for collection of their phone because I will not be taking a new contract when I just got retrenched, I promise you I have been calling EVERY WEEK, ALMOST EVERY DAY to find out when they will collect and cancel my debits because my previous 2 yr contract with them has ENDED! I'm still WAITING, EVERY SINGLE DAY I CAN'T GO ANYWHERE BECAUSE I DNT KNOW WHEN THEY COME GET THEIR PHONE!!!
