Overcharged on my contract

I am in the USA for 6 months and suddenly 8-ta overcharges me on my contract. They sent me a bill for over R900 when my contract is for just over R300 per month! I have phoned them from the US, I have had my mom physically go into the offices in The Bridge and she has phoned them repeatedly. They keep saying that they are aware of the error on their side and have escalated it to management.

This month I got the latest bill still showing the incorrect amount owing from last month. We have requested a credit, and even though we have a case number, no one has come back to me about a credit.

To make things even worse I have taken my Nokia N-8 with me overseas and I can't even use it because they have blocked it. My husband has the exact same phone on the same network and same contract but his is not blocked. All I want is my account to be rectified and I want my phone to be unblocked so I can use it with an American sim card.
