Billed every month for a year after cancellation

Last year around March i signed up for an Internet connection from 8ta. All my details including my billing details were taken down incorrectly. I was also told that I have very good reception in my area. I came back after a month requesting for my contract to be cancelled and I was told that it was under process. I was still being billed after 3 months during which i visited 8ta in Menlin Park. Towards the end of last year I went to 8ta in Cresta and they said that my case was cancelled by someone and this would be sorted out immediately. After about two months I posted a complaint on HP and the next day I got about 10 calls. That whole week i got calls saying that they looking into my account and the case. Every month I'm being billed. what more should I do? File a case against 8ta? Now I'll receive calls again after this complaint and I'll get billed at the end of the month. I would never recommend this network to anyone. They are an unreliable network. If anyone else has faced the same problem please post it.
