I reported on the 23 May. 2013 about the problems I have had since taking out a contract on the 16 May 2013 and been given a defective handset I still had no handset from the 16 of May 2013
I was given feedback from Sipo at cell c and given a obf number, obf 086836 and told to go to the branch I got my phone at that was Cell c illanga Mall Nelspruit and they should give me a new handset, on monday the 27May I contacted them and they had no handset for me and I was told there would be one there on wednesday the 29 May 2013, I contacted Cell C customer care again again and explained my story and I was given REF:3052700275 and told to contact them again today if I had not recived a handset, I did so today and after speaking to the consultant I was transfared to sales and after waiting on the line for 15min I phoned customer care again only to be told that the Department had closed at 5pm this is realy poor service I have a new contract and no handset and it seems nobody is realy intrested
