I am a little disgusted with cell c - as the upgrade department are obviously not trained to handle problems at all. I need to upgrade my contract and have called in to see if I qualify for a certain handset - I do not use my cell c number everyday as it is a back up phone - and am not used to the number as u can imagine. I am also in the situation where my cell phones were off my office desk. The agent says to me: The only way to upgrade is to call you on the cell c number >>> I explain my situation, I then am told to get a sim swap so they can call to upgrade!! at this point I wonder if anything I have said has been heard - so I ask again - how do you expect me to get the call? the agent says you put the sim card in your cell phone and we will call you - well Miss call center agent my DAM cell phones where... Please if anyone whom understands my dilemma and can assist I would be grateful as I really do need a new phone. Just want to know if I qualify - if so il go into the branch and activate.

if this cant be resolved I would like to cancel my contract
