Really frustrated now

After speaking to Retentions regarding my network case & cancellation of contract last Fri, I was told that supervisors have decided to cancel my contract because of no feedback from the networks dept. I received an email shortly thereafter from [Email Removed] (see below).
This morning I called Retentions to find out when the handset is to be collected &was told that I haven't submitted a network investigation form etc etc etc! After speaking to the supervisor at Retentions he said that he will contact me today after finding out what is happening. I have it in writing that my contract is going to be cancelled, with my cellphone number included in that email - and now CELLC is contradicting themselves?? Seriously, please help me - collect my handset and terminate this contract as stated in the email received last week Friday.
