A very special thanks to a call centre agent, Kagiso G (KG). Brilliant Brilliant brilliant!
If more staff to his calibre were to be appointed in VM, then I think VM wouldn't be as as it is now. It's because of staff like Kagiso that companies like Virgin manage to keep their reputations standing.
