Hi

I would like to thanks v from MTN Support Administrator (CIP) Business Operations at Constantia Office Park for the excellent service I received.

After logging a complaint due to bad service for waiting for more then 4 months for a upgrade to a iphone I was contacted by Kagiso who promptly assisted me and I received my phone within a week.

Kagiso was a pleasure to work with and always responded promptly and very professional to al my emails.

I was going to end my contract at MTN due to the bad service but Kagiso showed me that MTN is not that bad...
