Virgin are still deducting subs on a cancelled acc

Despite my logging a complaint on hello peter last month, commenting on virgin mobile sa's facebook page and tweeting about the terrible service, I have to report that once again Virgin have deducted my subs for a cell phone contract which was cancelled in June. I have tweeted Virgin directly, I have emailed Kagiso who helped me last time and now 7 hours later, still no response. I guess my next port of call is the CPA to log a complaint and to ICASA. Virgin, your service in every area.
