Bad Service and no success

I Natalie Schwark I.D Num 7509160114081 have been with Virgin Mobile for over 4 Years and have never received bad service from them up until recently. I have a Nokia and A blackberry on my name (Blackberry bought from private person) I have paid my account on the 25/06/2013 (amount of Five hundred and fifty rand) R550.00. Yesterday I could not make phone calls or sent smses. This happened at 08:00 yesterday morning and up until now I am unable to use my phone. I have spoken to the following people Charmaine, Leratho, Thembile, Kagiso and a few other people who's name is can't remember. additional to that Kagiso and Thembile also put the phone down on me. my situation is still not sorted out, this is not the first time in the past months that they have given excuses for bad service. I have also not used my second blackberry in 2 months but have paid the amount for BIS for 2 blackberries instead of just one. They have even charged us for 4 blackberry usage. I don't believe this is the service I pay for and I am very much able to prove the payments as I pay online. I would like this sorted out and compensated for the inconvenience
