Great service

I arrived this morning on Virgin from London. My suitcase had been damaged in transit. Unfortunately, no ground crew were around to take my claim, so one of the other airline staff promised to contact Virgin on my behalf. Tendani relayed the message, and before the chauffeur service got me home, Virgin had already contacted me. Before the end of the day, my case had been replaced. This is brilliant service, well done Virgin!
