Service still not cancelled. Handed ove

In April 2011 I cancelled my telephone and internet services at the Woodlands Telkom Direct branch and was given the ref no 33715108A. The cancelation date - 31 May 2013. However after this date I received an account dated 5 June 2011 for rental for June 2011 to the amount of R461.39. I went back to Telkom Woodlands and was told that the only amount outstanding was R39.60 which I paid. I kept on getting accounts, I kept on phoning them to explain everything. I am handed over to CreditWorx now who harasses me with sms's. I phoned them last week and a Maxwell was the agent to whom I spoke to, quiet a rude gentlemen. No respect or sympathy. I must simply pay the account of over R1000.00, now. I keep on requesting an itimized account, but nothing has been received. I have supplied Maxwell with my email address as well. Could you please help me sort this matter out.
