Worst service provision, unfair treatment

Good day,
I have been with vodacom for years, in fact I still have several contracts with them.
Recently one of my cellphone contracts reached its end and I needed an upgrade.
No information was available online for upgrades so I went to the Kolonade branch were this contract originated.
I have NEVER received such bad service in my life. So little help was offered that I eventually reverted back to the internet for information.
September my contract ended and all privileges were canceled, they were still making me pay for the contract even though I was on prepaid now. The call center was of no use in trying to reinstate privileges that I was still paying for so eventually I got the privileges back at the Waverley center branch.
I want to move cellphone services and requested my number. They refused to give it. They say my expired contract needs to be canceled first. I did this yesterday and IMMEDIATELY all my services were suspended again, services I pay for AND they are making me pay another month for before I can have my number.
This is un expectable. I want my number transferred as soon as possible or someone to ACTUALLY explain to me why I don't get what I am forced to pay fo
