I applied for a new line as well as a ADSL account with Telkom the beginning of the Month
I was politely requested that I need to wait for a day or two and then I would recive a call from Telkom stating when they will install it
I waited my 2 days and phoned them stating I haven't received any call yet
it has now been a long time since the application and several phone calls later, and I still don't have any idea when the installation will take place. To top it all off, I have asked that they escalate this issue... TWICE!
I keep on getting the same response. Something about: My application has been approved but there has been no dates on when the installation will take place >: (
I'm not upset with the people at the call center, But I'm furious with the people that work behind the scenes that needs to monitor all of this stuff

Can't really complain about service if there is nothing that is being done... right?
