Billing me for a contract I didn't sign up fo

I took out a contract after my phone was.
I went to Cellucity when my phone was as I wanted to take out a contract. I was told that I could not turn my prepaid number into a contract so I requested a new number and I was given this.

They have now given me a contract on the new number but they have also turned my prepaid number into a contract. I am therefore being billed for two contracts when I only requested one.

When I call customer services they are very rude and unhelpful.
When I call the contract cancellation number no one answers. I have been on hold for over a hour every day.
I have now been charged for over 2 months for a contract I never asked for and I would like this to be rectified and I would like to be refunded immediately.
