I called the customer care line to acquire some feedback on an issue I raised with a supervisor named Brenda Lebeloane, The issue was regarding the fact that the complaints sent to the customer care email address which is provided on the MTN website do not get answered and the reference numbers provided are untraceable.

I was told that I would get feedback on the issue and that my problem would be attended to, As usual, MTN staff members do make empty promises when it comes to providing feedback, When I spoke to the operator today I was kept on hold for 23 minutes while she was going through notes made on my account, She then told me that she was unable to find anything and that she was advised to re-escalate the issue,

Was my request even logged by Brenda? or was this just another one of MTN's technical blunders? I have also noticed that MTN has not responded to any Hello Peter complaints for a number of days, Makes me wonder if we are just wasting our time by complaining here.

The Best option is to call them on 808 0r 173, depending on the service you are using, and give the supervisors an ear full directly. maybe we'll get results.
