Incompertant satff

I bought a nokia lumia within 2 day it started switching on and off, I took it back on the 6th day. They checked the form and they were no damages. I signed the form with no damages. I was expecting to get a new phone as it was within the 7 days period and they phone me to tell me the form had scatches and they show me onother form which i did not sign, I dont know what happened to the one i signed I spoke to Kali (not sure about the surname and Lerato). Can someone sort this out as I find it unacceptable
