Good day,

FNB has a Complaints/ Compliments option on their Online Banking Site. You could also add suggestions or query certain things.

Twice have i complained about the Online Banking Site - when the new site launched, they never had the recommendations for certain products as per the old site. Whenever i try to upgrade my cheque account, i get an error message "No data returned on request". I sat on the phone with a call centre agent for over 25 minutes trying to trouble shoot the problem, only to be told he will escalate the issue and i have not received any feedback since.

None of the complaints that i have logged have i gotten any kind of feedback! I always receive an email/sms stating that the issue has been noted and that an agent will be contacting me shortly, yet i have never gotten that call!!! PATHETIC!!!

In essence, 4 instances where i have raised an issue - NO FEEDBACK FOR ALL 4!!!

I ordered a new Credit Card - the consumer is offered an option to choose the design on the Credit Card, FNB GOT MINE WRONG!!! WHY GIVE THE OPTION IF YOU GOING TO MESS IT UP!!! IT IS A HASSLE TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH CALL AGENTS TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUES!!

PATHETIC!!!
