Third massively incorrect bill in 3 months

Three months ago MTN incorrectly billed me over R6, 000 for a bill that ended up being just over R1000. It took me many frustrating days and to sort out. I was eventually issued a credit.

The next month I was AGAIN sent an incorrect bill. This time for about R4, 000. MTN once again admitted their mistake and issued a credit.

Now, this month, MTN once more slapped me with an incorrect bill. This time for R10, 000. Except, this time they're telling me I have to wait 24 days for this issue to be sorted out.

NOT COOL!

I would like this issue sorted out PRONTO and PERMANENTLY. I cannot spend a few days EVERY MONTH chasing after people at MTN to do their work.

MTN, contact me, email me, phone me, just get a hold of me and sort this issue out once and for all.

PLEASE!

And PLEASE, Don't just send me one of those annoying cut and paste responses here on Hellopeter like the previous times. Take some time to write me a proper response, okay?
