Crazy Billing Error Still Unresolved

In September MTN billed me nearly R7k, up from about R900 average. I queried this and MTN admitted they had made a mistake and later contacted me to let me know that a credit had been issued and that it would show on my next bill. I also asked that someone phone me to explain how the refund had been worked out and was promised that someone would call.
My next bill has now arrived. Not only has the promised explanatory call not materialised, there is no credit on the invoice and the invoice itself is for over R3k, again incorrect.
MTN - Get your act together and call me so this can be sorted. Shockingly amateur service form your side.
