OVERCHARGED BY R144000 on my bill

I have been a customer of MTN for over 10 years my average spend is R399 per month last month I received a bill of R15 000 which I queried with a call center agent who said they could not help me I went to a local branch for assistance and they too have said that the dispute will take 48 working days and I am in a queue of 7000 people who have a similar dispute! So someone advised me to stop the debit order payment.
In the meantime, my debit order will take this money and I will be charged incorrectly for the next 48 working days, This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If there are so many disputes for MTN billing then why is there no separate department that can issue me with a case number who can investigate?
I would like to have someone who can look at this account, investigate the incorrect billing and credit me what is due and correct the billing issue so that I am not shocked at the end of this month again, surely my track record of average spend speaks for itself. Please help
