Disgustingly pathetic service from Telkom

I am so disgusted with Telkom, I do not even know where to turn. I have now logged close on 10 faults in the last two weeks and they keep closing them without sorting the problem out
Problem 1: I requested Telkom to create a second email address for my spouse, [Email Removed] Instead, they created ianmacropert@telkomsa, net. I asked them to correct it and they assured it was and that the email address would be [Email Removed] but the username [Email Removed] Despite 6 calls to their technical support and fault reporting, the problem is still not sorted. Surely it cannot be that difficult - if necessary, they need to delete the account and start again. The reference number for this is 555 637 449.. They keep closing the call and it is NOT resolved The last person I spoke to on Sunday was Nash Naisary who assured me it would get sorted and it is still not.
Problem 2: I have repeatedly logged a call for line speeds of less than 0, 1 mbps and pinging more than 500 ms.. Telkom keeps closing the call, sending me an sms saying it is resolved, without sending a technician or even calling to check what the line speed us and the problem is NOT sorted.
