Absolutely terrible service! Telkom is awful!

This is the email I just tried to sent to telkom which does not go through because it comes back saying their mailbox is full, Please see my email copied and pasted below:

As per your email below, Unfortunately my problem doesn't seem to have been resolved but it seems that this is to be expected as since I took out my telephone line and adsl with Telkom it's just been one problem after the next. This time I am emailing you with my problem because I am so tired of phoning and getting nowhere, You won't believe the kinds of things that I have to deal with speaking to the helpdesk 10210, It's ridiculous.spoke to someone yesterday as Telkom had made an error and activated 2 accounts for me and was advised that the username [Email Removed] (incorrect one) had been cancelled and only the correct one which is [Email Removed] was now active which is the 1mbps uncapped line for R477 _ per month, However, when we tried logging in we cannot get into the internet at all! replied to a email but it tells me the telkom mailbox is full, try again later, pls respond today, not end of next week as per usual.
