Emails that are sent from my account bounce back

Dear Telkom
My email's are not reaching their destination. They keep bouncing back I called in to your 10210 number for the past three days to report this emailing problem. The reference number is 552949941. No one at Telkom can tell me when someone in your organisation is going to take owenership of this problem, identify the cause and fix it. Its been three days now and I phone into 10210 to get the same old story that they acknowledge the problem. I am happy that you have acknowlegded the problem. I more concerned about WHO is going to take owndership of this problem and by WHEN it will be resolved.

My suggestion to anyone who is about to engage in a contract with Telkom to get an internet service and a telkom email address is to watch this space and see how long it takes for my problem to be resolved.
