On the 12th of November 2013 my landline and ADSL went down - fault number 350CTK121113 was logged - after logging an escalation, nothing happened, no feedback, no response. Call after call to the pathetic call centre didn't help, because I was just disconnected continuously. eventually I got through by a small miracle to someone who told me it was a general exchange issue and that they were working on it. Monday morning Connectivity was restored (a week later!!) - all be it intermittent and unstable. (For months it has been disconnected when I get home, and randomly disconnects and I have to reboot the modem - log a call and it is simply closed the next day as resolved - have even replaced the modem)
Wednesday night and it is down again - cannot log a call because when I enter my "number on which I wish to report a fault" it disconnects my call - no message or reason. Eventually I get through to internet support and query - it is an exchange fault again - I try to explain the history of the problems on the line, but the consultant just shouts me down saying I am not the only one affected and the phone goes dead... - suppose I cant complain about service, BECAUSE THERE ISNT ANY!!
