Mtn constantly offline??!!!

Dear Mtn
This will be the 3rd month in a row that I have tried to put my R399 data package onto pre-paid as my contract has expired 3 months ago already. Everytime i call in to transfer i am told I have to do the transfer on the 20th or a day or 2 before the 20th to avoid another full debit of R399 going off my account and loosing all my un-used data. Everytime i call to or go into one of your stores to transfer this contract to pre-paid your systems are offline or I receive a call too late from your cancellations department and once again I AM LIABLE for another months billing of R399 or risk cancelling and still paying but all my data falls away which I will obviously have to pay for because you have already processed my next debit order.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could be so kind as to have my Data 3 gig package moved to pay as you go today!!! Before i have to pay your lovely company another R399 for a service I DO NOT want!!!
