Telkom service is a waste of time

I have been experiencing issues with telkom voice line and internet. The internet is intermittent where it is on and off at times. The voice line is very screachy so cannot be used. Calls regarding the fault therefore had to be made via cellphone to telkom. A call has been logged and fault number was received 819CWK030413 on the 3/04/13 and a techician attended to the issue on the 6/04/13, he was however unable to resolve the issue and informed us that they would need to come and attend to the problem some other time. It was mentioned at that time, that no one is at home during the week and either a saturday or wednesday would be preferable. The monday a call was received that a technician was outside my home, I told the caller that i was at work and that technician should come on wednesday, the technician never arrived. The call was closed on 13/04/13.I tried to log another call but get disconnected whilst consultant is attemting to my issue. On 3rd attemt told consultant to call me back if this should happen, it was said that no call outs are made, i demanded to speak to his (isaak) superior, he disconnected my call. On 4th attempt spoke to vivian and again, i was disconnected.
