Hi i had a big stuff up with my debit orders on my account with this i was behind with my debit order on vodacom account . then they cancelled the debit order from my account . next thing i get called by an attorney about the account . which was fine . then i requested a full debit credit list (show me what i was billed for and what i paid). as i made a big payment two months before this happened and i just wanted to make sure that is was reflected on this . then the attorney said they only have a word document that states the contract agreement and thats is for the full period . so they say i must contact vodacom . so i did they send me the same document and i requested again a full acount statement of what is billed for and what is paidd . they tell me the account is handed over to the attorneys and they will give me that info . so i send the email on to the attorneys and still no response!!! just blacklisted me and thats it . i dont have a problem with the account and paying it but treating customers like this is wrong!!!
