Worst service I have ever received

I had a problem with Elite Mobile sending me a product that I never ordered. Went to Vodacom for help-they said it was not their problem. (It was a vodacom modem) Debit orders were going off on my account, but they said they could do nothing until the product was picked up. But I could not give it to them- couriers had to pick it up at my house (ridiculous!!) It was more than 4 weeks of trying to get them to help. Finally a consultant (Thabang) helped me to organise that the couriers could pick it up.

Then I went back to Vodacom to sort out my account. Another consultant (Ilze) said I must phone the credit department. I said I would like her help while I am at vodacom so that I know everything was sorted out. She asked me to go wait in the waiting area, because she could only spend 15 minutes per customer. I waited for 25 minutes- just for her to tell me the credit department was not open that day and I would have to come back. I left. The next day I went back. Another consultant said he could not help. I asked to speak to the manager. The consultant told me to wait. After 30 minutes I asked where the manager was and they said he had left. Still waiting for my money back!!
