On the 30/10/13 I received an SMS stating that i had applied for an upgrade which would be delivered on the 14/11/13 . To which I called and explained that I had not made any request, and logged a service request for. I then faxed through all the documentation needed and received an SMS stating that my query had been received, and would be attended to. However, after over a week of no feedback I called the call centre and was told that it had been received by the department and they were investigating. I explained that I needed it sorted out urgently, and was told it would be. I then received an SMS stating that my account was in arrears. After calling the accounts department, I was told it was because of the upgrade. This too was logged. I then called again today 11/11/13 and was pushed from upgrades department to Customer care and no one was willing to take ownership. I am afraid that the handset will be delivered to whoever, and i will be liable, and had asked for a supervisor or manager, but kept getting cut off or put on hold. I am at the point where I don't know what else to do. I can't understand i'm being billed when their is on my account.
