Afrihost products not working and they don't care

I ordered an uncapped bundle (line and connection) from Afrihost. The application went very smoothly and a lot quicker than I expected and I was delighted that I made the right choice with my ISP.
On 2013-12-04 they told me everything was ready and that I should be able to access the internet. I tried to but it did not work. At first I thought it might be a problem with the router or the router's settings, but after consulting with their support department and testing the router at a friend's place with their login details (it worked perfectly) I was certain the error wasn't on my side.
I have spent hours speaking with their support team and they eventually concluded that the problem is with the Telkom line. I logged a fault, Telkom came out, tested and said the line is fine, and the problem is with Afrihost. Afrihost said the fault is with Telkom so I logged another fault. Same result. Afrihost then logged another fault. Same result. Today Afrihost logged a fourth fault with Telkom, and I am pretty sure the result will be exactly the same.
I don't think it is fair that I am paying for nothing, but their account's department is flat-out ignoring my messages.
