After 2 weeks (and 3 new modems) of NEGATIVE SERVICE it appears that the only way forward is try an alternative service provider. Vodacom call out vouchers are incompatible with there call in electronic system as the cant read the voucher numbers which are preceded by S. Try and talk to someone & you just get the run around. No managers to talk to as they hide behind their call centre agents. You then succeed, after countless calls to arrange a call out. The agent then arrives, downloads the software and screws up the the set up. I have called countless times to get assistance, having to repeat myself ad nauseam. Promises of call backs are not met.
SHAME on you Vodacom. You have got too big with a "could care less" attitude. I may be suffering from your indifference right now. But remember even the mightiest do fall!!!
