Cellspice take them as if you got caught

MY contract is with Vodacom with a fixed charge of R149 per month if not exceeding my 3GB day or 3GB night given to me per month. I NEVER have exceeded as I control it.
October statement billed R260.99 which is R111.99 extra charge from Mira which then works side by side with Cellspice.
November Statement billed R330.99 which is R181.99 extra charge from Mira which then works side by side with Cellspice.
I did not load any videos or music but got charged. I was told its R7 per day for the subscription which I did not subscribe. Stop wripping people off just like a. If U say that we subscribed then why don't we get a message telling us that we are going to pay R7 daily so that we are aware about it. At this specific time when a message is received and we do not know about it, we can stop it within the same day do avoid these kind of charges. If you do this to 5, 000 people a day country wide you guys will become Millionaire by being a criminal as I see it. We South African's have a consumer protection act and this should be stopped and for all I care you guys should rather be shut down and not even exist. As see here in HelloPeter.com you guys do this daily to innocent people.
