Bad customer service - daylight!!!

I have had a Vodacom Talk 240 contract for as long as I remember. Vodacom has not been sending me any correspondence. I double checked by billing at the end of the month, only to find out that Vodacom gone and forfeited some of my talk time minutes. In the 4 - 6 years that I have had this type of contract, Vodacom has not once forfeited any of my minutes. When I email them to query this, they respond by telling me it is stipulated in the Smart contract. I am not on a Smart contract, I am on a Talk 240 contract. Vodacom has not even let me know that they have updated my contract from a Talk 240 to a Smart contract. Then when I enquire further, they address me by a name that is not my name at all, so clearly it is a copy and paste and forward scenario... I feel like Vodacom is my money and I would not have known if I did not check my billing (remember they do not send correspondence). I want Vodacom to reinstate my minutes and give me proper feedback, not a copy and paste response.
