VODACOM IS A USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER!!!

Good day All

I have had an ongoing pathetic service from Vodacom. On the 20th of January 2013 I logged a call to find out the price of the migration for the talk 200 and a consultant that assisted me Gerit gave me the price of R300 and R59 for the BIS. He also assured me when I call in it will be this price a few times in that phone call.
On the 25th of January 2013 I called in again and they gave me another price of 430 R59 BIS=R489.
I have been querying this amount ever since and made over 18 phone calls to the staff. Every single consultant passes the buck saying they will "forward an email". I have had consultants listen into the call which the original price was given to me and called me back to confirm. They did say they will send it to the department in charge of changing the pricing to R359 for the talk 200. Up till now NOTHING!!!
I am so fed up with the sick service from Vodacom and when I asked for the Directors number or the CEO's number Vodacom staff refuse to give it to me. I am desperately trying to get a hold of him as I want him to know the poor service that Vodacom gives to their clients. Who makes over 18 calls for one query? Where is the services they promise???
