Vodacom LIMITLESS PROBLEMS NOT SO SMART Service!

Emanates from a previous unresolved complaint 3/032013 on this site after I was supplied with an incorrect Blacberry Z10 - No pick up so had to call Vodacom courier to collected phone - only happened 3 WEEKS LATER! The delayed collection of the phone meant that my account has remained on Red Advantage even though I had requested to reverted to BB Talk 500 contract with my old mobile. Have been billed every month since then for the Red Advantage! My account reflects next upgrade due in 2015! Have communicated with Vipul and been told that it will be resolved end April, then end May as its with Accounts. Calling Vipul last 3 weeks no answer now his line connects with the customer call centre, have to explain everything over & over & over...! Called again 22-23/052013 was told that matter escalated someone will call me next day - SURPRISE still waiting!..viewed my account online still incorrect and I have not yet been refunded the difference between the BB Talk 500 and Red Advantage. Shame on you Vodacom for such bad service! I am seriously considering looking for another service provider when my other contracts reach their terminal date.. I'm seeing RED and really NO ADVANTAGE.
