There was a upgrade done to both my vodacom numbers, i notified your call center and was instructed to send an affidavid and copy of my ID to your investigation unit. This was done and the matter was investigated. I was contacted to and informed that the upgrade was reversed. However only one of the numbers were reversed. The other upgrade went through and I received a bill for R1200. I have phoned your call center numerous times and have spoken to 7 different consultants, transferred back and forth between Customer Care, Upgrades, and Legal countless times (and several dropped calls during transfer!). No one can help me besides logging my call. Someone has access to my account and can easily spend thousands of rands on data or whatever else. Its been 2 weeks today of complete silence from Vodacom despite being assured that I will be contacted by the upgrade investigators. I would like a response from Vodacom and obviously my money back.
