Unable to fix a fault logged 2 months ago

I reported a fault on my ADSL line about 2 months ago and to date i have had no feedback on the reported fault and since then i have had to log a new fault since the previous fault was "resolved". Ive contacted them on many occasion's concerning this and all i get told is it has not been assigned to a technician. And when the technician finally did come here (a whole 2 months later), the fault is still present after the technician left. This is really bad customer service, not on the technicians part but on telkom's part. I mean I'm paying for the ADSL line and ISP every month only to have no or really slow Internet and on occasion usable Internet that i can do my gaming. And telkom wont reimburse me either for the last 2 months faulty Internet. If i had to deliver this type of service to my clients i would be out of a job so get your act together telkom because i will never recommend your ISP to any of my clients because of your inability to reslove this 2 month old fault and your lack of communication on fault progress after numerous phone calls asking to be contacted on fault progress.
