SLOW SPEEDS TO "DIE" FOR

I have been with MTN for about a year. and they have been fantastic. I am on the 3G Uncapped Lite Bundle with the B683 router. They sent me an sms to register the device on the new mtn website. This sms was about 6 months into the contract. So, I registered. WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE. When I registered, my promised download speed of 256kbps was decreased to slower than 4 kbps. This is madness. I want MTN to leave my contract untouched, but destroy the registered contract on their website. It has made the past 6 months a living. Just to load this page took me 15 minutes. MTN, fix this, before I get someone else to. You don't want me on your bad side. And if you are going to contact me, email me on [Email Removed]
