MTN - Stuck with them for another 2 years!!!

I have just renewed my contract for another 2 years with MTN even though the service for the first 2 years was pathetic, i spent alot of time calling help desk because my services were never activated or were then randomly disconected, i have tried 2 different numbers on MTN's website and each of them deducted vast amounts of my free minutes, i am trying to plan my wedding in 2 weeks and now they have left me with no credit because i had to fix an issue with help desk that was their fault, my service keeps going off, having to reset the phone by taking the battery out as my Phone keeps saying SOS, its seems very covenient that these problems keep happening and then i have to pay to call them... when i have called the help desk before i have been put down on because the woman didnt know what to do so just diconected the call, went through to the same department and was helped on the same query by a man who sorted everything out but yet i was charged for the call... it just keeps getting worse and worse... WHERE IS THE SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR MTN???
